What is in it for you:

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses
• Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 | Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00 (1 in 3 rotation)

What you will be doing:

• Customer Experience: Greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, arranging onward travel, and delivering smooth vehicle handovers.
• Workshop Liaison: Booking vehicles in, tracking workshop progress, and ensuring cars are ready at the promised time.
• Consultative Communication: Updating customers on vehicle progress and professionally discussing required repair sales.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Skills: Strong IT literacy and exceptional communication skills.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Bognor Regis, making it easily commutable from Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, and Arundel.
