Job Description
Overview
Service Advisor – Location: Salisbury. Basic Salary & OTE: £35,000. Benefits: Life Assurance; Birthday off; Cycle To Work Scheme; Referral Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
- Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
- Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
- Previous experience Upselling.
- Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check.
