Service Advisor

Salary: £38k - 40k per year + Benefits per annum

Service Advisor opportunity based in a successful dealership located in North West London. The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service and administration skills, and experience with Kerridge. Knowledge of RTC and One Link is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up‑selling
