Service Advisor Walton-on-Thames We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Receptionist to join a busy automotive aftersales operation in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants should have previous experience in a similar automotive customer-facing role, strong administration and computer skills, and the right to work in the UK. Job Details: Location: Walton-on-Thames Salary: £32,000 basic bonus OTE 45k Hours: 42 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am5:30pm, plus Saturday mornings 8:00am12:30pm on a rota Reference: 31498 Service Advisor Role Manage customer and workshop enquiries quickly and professionally Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations Process customer orders accurately and within required timescales Complete aftersales administration accurately and efficiently Support workshop vehicle health check processes Receive orders, process returns and assist with stock administration Answer customer calls and provide a high standard of customer service Service Advisor Requirements Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar automotive customer-facing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building ability Good administration skills with strong attention to detail Confident using computer-based systems Able to work independently and as part of an aftersales team Right to work in the UK How to ApplyIf youre interested in this Service Advisor vacancy in Walton-on-Thames, please apply with your CV and one of our consultants will contact you upon receipt.
