Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a respected automotive dealership in Manchester. The successful individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.

Greet customers warmly and maintain professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit
Keep customers informed about vehicle repair and maintenance progress
Develop and maintain technical product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address customer questions
Maintain accurate customer records within management systems
Uphold high standards of customer service and the dealership’s brand reputationRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services effectively
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Target-driven mindset with a record of achieving sales or service goals
Valid UK driving licence
