Service Advisor Basic Salary £27,500 to £32,000 OTE: Up to £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm, 1 in4 Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm Location: Gloucester

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
• Previous experience Upselling
• Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
