Our client, a reputable accident repair centre in Fareham, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team. Meet and greet customers professionally at the front desk Answer incoming calls, pass messages, and direct enquiries appropriately Inform customers about payment requirements and process card and cash transactions Assist with parts administration and general office duties Familiarise with company management systems and complete courtesy car handovers Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Support operational processes within the accident repair centreRequirements of the Service Advisor:
