Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Service Advisor to join their reputable dealership in Derby, Derbyshire. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for an individual with proven experience within the automotive aftersales sector.

Welcome customers and manage service, maintenance, repair, and MOT bookings Listen to customer requirements and identify vehicle issues Prepare accurate job cards with detailed estimates Explain required work to customers and obtain authorisation Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and costs Liaise closely with technicians, workshop controllers, parts staff, and warranty teams Promote service plans, maintenance products, and additional services Complete professional vehicle handovers, explaining work performed and ensuring invoice accuracy Maintain high standards of administration and manufacturer compliance Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership performanceRequirements of the Service Advisor:
