We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Oswestry, Shropshire. Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
- Book vehicle service and repair appointments
- Accurately record customer concerns and workshop job details
- Act as liaison between customers and the workshop throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed about vehicle progress and additional work required
- Promote and explain additional repair services where appropriate
- Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems, such as Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills; experience with Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix is advantageous
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
