Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service requirements
• Estimating repair costs and explaining work needed to customers
• Liaising effectively between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
• Upselling additional services where appropriate
• Managing workshop bookings and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a franchised dealership preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive products and service procedures
• Friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
