The Service Advisor role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to advance their career within a well-established automotive environment, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the dealership’s continued growth.

Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service requirements Estimating repair costs and explaining work needed to customers Liaising effectively between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow Upselling additional services where appropriate Managing workshop bookings and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate and detailed customer recordsRequirements of the Service Advisor:
