Duties of the Service Advisor

• Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle service requirements
• Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs efficiently
• Advising customers on additional work needed and up-selling where appropriate
• Preparing estimates and clearly explaining service requirements to clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
• Managing service documentation and processing all relevant paperwork accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
• Professional attitude and proactive approach
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
