The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is with the dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Keeping customers updated throughout the workshop process
• Liaising closely with the Workshop and Parts Department
• Explaining additional work requirements and associated costs
• Scheduling and recording workshop activity
• Preparing job cards, orders and invoices
• Supporting aftersales administration and file auditing
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from booking through to collection

About You

You will be a confident and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or automotive customer service experience would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other customer-focused or premium environments will also be considered.

You will ideally have:

• Experience within a Automotive Service Advisor Role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administration and time-management ability
• A proactive and flexible approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence
