Are you passionate about creating opportunities, building connections, and transforming lives? We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Service Coordinator to lead the social inclusion element of the Futures Together service across South and West Essex.
Futures Together brings together the expertise of Phoenix Futures' Criminal Justice and Social Inclusion services to deliver a holistic, person-centred approach that empowers individuals to reconnect with their communities, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of developing creative and impactful social inclusion initiatives that help people thrive. From designing engaging community-based activities and peer-led groups to building strong local partnerships, you will play a key role in creating opportunities that reduce isolation, foster belonging, and inspire lasting change.
You will also lead the recruitment, development, and support of volunteers and peer mentors, helping to create a vibrant network of individuals with lived experience who can influence, inspire, and support others on their journey.
Working collaboratively with local organisations, community groups, and stakeholders, you will identify innovative ways to connect people with opportunities that enhance wellbeing, develop skills, and strengthen community participation. This is a role that offers genuine autonomy, creativity, and the chance to shape services that make a meaningful difference.
This position offers 30 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is motivated by community development, passionate about social inclusion, and excited by the opportunity to co-design solutions with the people we support.
If you are ready to be part of a forward-thinking team committed to breaking down barriers and building stronger, more inclusive communities, we would love to hear from you.
