Service Delivery Manager – Lead Client Relationships (Office-Based Belfast)

MCS Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a Belfast-based IT consultancy role. You will lead a small team of Support Engineers, manage day-to-day operations, monitor SLA performance and deliver customer reports.

You will build strong client relationships, own the service delivery across accounts, drive continual service improvement and collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions. Office-based in Belfast with a competitive salary.
