We're partnering with a leading healthcare managed services provider to recruit a Service Delivery Manager based at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham.

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day procurement service delivery, managing supplier relationships, leading a small on-site team and ensuring critical stock, equipment and consumables are available to support clinical teams and theatre operations.

Previous experience within service delivery, operations, procurement or supply chain Proven people management skills Strong Excel, reporting and analytical capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Healthcare, NHS or managed services experience would be advantageousWhat's On Offer?
