Service Design & Transition Lead – Hybrid

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Service Design & Transition Manager to lead the design and transition of new and changed services into live support within the D&T Service Management team. You will ensure services are fit for purpose, deliver business value, and are backed by robust service designs and clear BAU readiness.

You will work with practice owners, partners and suppliers to embed SD&T practices, govern end-to-end delivery from design to BAU, and maintain up-to-date service
