Job Description
Methods is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong Linux and macOS support experience to provide first- and second-line technical assistance. The role covers user, device, application, access and connectivity issues, with emphasis on RHEL environments and enterprise-scale security practices.
You will diagnose OS, application, network and hardware problems, manage incidents, document resolutions and escalate where required.
