We have a brand:new opening for a Service Engineer to join a well:established, reputable hire company based in Northamptonshire. Responsibilities Of The Role
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment within the yard.
- Ensure all service activities are accurately documented and meet Health and Safety standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of equipment leaving the yard, ensuring it is fit for purpose.
- Respond to breakdowns swiftly-both in the yard and on:site-diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- When required, provide first:line technical support to internal teams and external customers.
- Oversee stock control, and advise on parts requirements.
- Support the loading/unloading and safe storage of yard equipment.
Requirements Of Role
- Ideally hold an NVQ or City and Guilds in Engineering, however time served engineers will also be strongly considered.
- Ideally have experience working on Cranes, Construction Plant, Agricultural Machinery or Forestry Equipment.
- Hold a Full UK driving license
