About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new equipment and systems on customer sites.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and breakdowns efficiently.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service reports and logs of all activities undertaken.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical field role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and possibly electronic systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Hampshire area.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
