We're seeking a passionate, experienced, motivated Service Manager to join our Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge, helping them lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

You'll lead a dedicated service(s), ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, and create an environment where both the individuals we support, and our staff can thrive.

Location: Loughborough

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £15.00 per hour

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a support or care role with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required as a minimum.
• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
• Experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion and drive and make a difference.
• A team player with a proactive, person-centred approach.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or over. xwwtmva
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.
