Job Description
Responsibilities
- Role location: Office Hybrid or Remote, subject to location.
- Responsible for all aspects of contract delivery including finance, quality, people and client.
- Responsible for the allocation and management of team and individual performance targets.
- Responsible for an overall minimum of 95% accuracy in all contract delivery.
- Responsible for all aspects of Performance Management, including identifying training needs and addressing appropriately.
- Demonstrate exceptional motivational skills.
- Responsible for the day to day management of people.
- Ensure contracts are achieving the agreed budget targets.
- Co-ordinate resources for current and future contracts in line with business and customer requirements.
- Must have up to date technical knowledge of the legislation associated with contract delivery, be able to process and quality check work if required.
- Must fully understand the detail of the contract/s for which they are responsible.
- Perform complex contract scoping exercises at customer sites.
- Work with sales colleagues in order to maximise business opportunities.
- Have a political awareness of the organisations/government departments they are responsible for delivering services on behalf.
- Is able to effectively manage third party relationships that support NECSWS delivery and escalate to Operations Manager where required.
- Works with the Operations Manager to achieve efficiencies and continuous improvement, implementing agreed measures and contributing towards operational plans.
- Maintain excellent attendance levels in line with NECSWS’s attendance policy.
- Drive best practice in the team delivering business update sessions to wider team members including designing and delivering high quality training material and sessions to both internal and external colleagues.
- Maintain an excellent attitude within the Business Centre, acting as an ambassador at all levels, taking on additional duties as and when required.
- Contribute to tender responses, sales and marketing activity.
- Ability to travel.
- Deputise for the Operations Manager, where required.
