Service Operations Coordinator - Scheduling & Customer Support

Escco is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring timely customer support and smooth scheduling of service jobs. You will act as a primary contact for customers, engineers, and internal teams, helping track progress and maintain accurate service records.

In this role, you'll assist with documentation, stock control, and KPI monitoring, while providing administrative support to keep the service department performing at a high level.
