Service Operations Coordinator

MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced service coordinator to join our client’s service team. The role supports internal and external customers and requires previous service department experience.

You will schedule engineers, log service calls, liaise with customers and suppliers, manage quotes, and ensure delivery timescales are met. This is a fully office-based role with hours 08:30–17:00.
