About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Operations Manager to lead their service delivery team based in or near Bradford . This role is instrumental in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for operational efficiency within the service department, managing a team of service professionals, and implementing strategies for service improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department.
- Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs ) are met and exceeded.
- Manage and mentor the service delivery team, providing performance feedback and development.
- Implement and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor service performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Service Operations Management or a related customer-facing management role.
- Strong understanding of service delivery, customer support, and SLA management .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and service management tools .
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively within the service department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field.
