Service Support & Operations Coordinator

Lupa Collective is recruiting on behalf of an established international company operating within the renewable energy sector.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Support & Operations Coordinator to join their Liverpool-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, order processing, customer service or operational support who is looking to develop their career within a growing global business.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the after-sales service department, ensuring customer orders, replacement products and service requests are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer returns and replacement orders (RMAs).
- Coordinate spare parts orders and deliveries.
- Arrange the dispatch of replacement products and collection of returned items.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records and update the company's CRM system.
- Liaise with customers regarding service requests and order updates.
- Escalate technical enquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a high standard of customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, order processing or customer service.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work.
- Good attention to detail.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience within renewable energy, solar technology or electrical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of returns management (RMA) processes.
- Additional European language skills.
