Service Support Manager

Location: Greater Manchester

Shift: Full time, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Service Support Manager who will lead service delivery across multiple client sites, ensuring exceptional cleaning standards, compliance and customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities or cleaning professional to build strong client relationships, manage operational performance and drive service excellence across a diverse contract portfolio.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrying out regular audits and inspections to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and cleaning specifications, implementing improvements where required.
• Manage daily employee wages and ensure Health & Safety compliance across all contract locations.
• Adhere to statutory fire safety and health and safety regulations, identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with all company policies and procedures, including HR, QHSE, Right to Work, vetting and compliance requirements.

What we're looking for

• Previous management experience within soft services, cleaning or facilities management environments.
• Excellent customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous service improvement.
• IOSH Health & Safety qualification is desirable.
