Key Responsibilities: Recondition and prepare vehicles to the highest mechanical standards. Carry out routine servicing and maintenance work. Replace brakes, timing belts, and other vehicle components as required. Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and technology. Complete repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards. Accurately record all service, repair, and maintenance work. Perform warranty-related inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure all work is completed safely, economically, and within agreed timescales. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Deliver a "right first time" approach to all servicing and repair activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Strong mechanical knowledge and technical skills. Experience servicing and repairing vehicles. Ability to diagnose and resolve faults effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. A positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Who do we need?
