Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape ServiceNow implementations for clients, aligning solutions with business needs and enterprise architecture. You work within IBM Consulting to deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow architectures and drive successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, balancing technical design with customer outcomes. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position with a focus on large-scale transformations and ongoing learning within a growth-oriented culture.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Technology Analyst, Architect, or related technology role in enterprise environments Deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, and architecting ServiceNow solutions ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms and systems Experience performing architectural analysis including infrastructure and integration requirements Experience with solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and implementation planning Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) understanding and translating requirements into scalable architectures Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with clients and technical teams Key requirements Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with matching and stock purchase plan paid time off aaaa
