An exciting opportunity has arisen at EDSB. We are seeking to employ a SHEQ Advisor. The SHEQ Advisor will ensure Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) is maintained by EDSB employees with an initial focus on a long-term contract at one of North Yorkshires largest Hospital Trusts.

The role will include, but not be limited to the following:

Provide expert advice and support, information and resources to all parties in all SHEQ matters and enable them to suitably manage their own, and others, Health and Safety.

Be an active member of project teams, providing H&S expertise and input to ensure suitable planning and implementation to minimise H&S risks.

Promote a positive culture that is embedded in all practices.

Advise on a range of specialist areas.

Keep up to date with all H&S legislation and any developments that affect our industry.

Develop employees skills, knowledge and competency in matters which could impact H&S. xwwtmva

Work in partnership with all operations and teams within the business ensuring H&S adds value to how we work.
