SHEQ Lead — Civils & Groundworks | UK Travel

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a capable SHEQ Manager with a strong civils/groundworks background to oversee health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across UK projects.

You will lead site inspections, audits and RAMS reviews, develop and enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement while supporting Project Managers and subcontractors. UK-wide travel is required; NEBOSH-qualified candidates are preferred.
