SHEQ Manager Type:
Full time, Permanent Location:
Northwest England Remit: Strategy & Leadership Lead and develop SHEQ strategy, policies, and procedures across the business. Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with CDM 2015, HSE requirements and company procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, environmental performance, and quality. Work closely with the Operations & Contracts Director and Regional Managers to embed consistent SHEQ standards across all regions. Site Compliance & Quality Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across roofing, cladding, rainscreen and fire remediation projects. Manage quality assurance processes from pre-start through to project handover. Ensure compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations, PAS 9980, BS 8414 and relevant industry guidance. Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
Background:
Experience in roofing, cladding, or building envelope sectors (transition off-the-tools welcomed). Perks:
