A day in the life of a SHES Advisor:
- Assisting in maintenance of the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System and Quality Management Systems and to ensure continued compliance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 9001.
- Carrying out inductions
- Producing monthly statistics
- Champion Culture Development Programme (behaviour-based safety programme)
- Carry out and document site audits and inspections.
- Keeping up to date with changes in safety, health and environmental legislation and
- construction industry guidance.
- Ensuring personnel on site have the pre-requisite training records.
- Investigating, logging, and monitoring of Incidents and Non-conformances
- Completing all necessary report forms
- Identifying significant safety impacts for work areas and helping set-up of appropriate controls
- Ensure all safety and environmental records are kept and readily available.
- Prepare and present toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.
- Review subcontractor documentation.

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on civils and renewables projects.
- Solar Farm Construction experience advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with one or more teams.

- Demonstrate leadership skill
