Shift Engineer - Electrical

We're looking for a Shift Engineer - Electrical who will support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services within a healthcare environment, ensuring statutory compliance, operational reliability, and excellent customer service.Role Responsibilities:· Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements.· Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and undertake safe isolations across electrical systems and associated building services.· Accurately record maintenance activities, compliance documentation, and work completion using CAFM/PDA systems.· Ensure all works are completed in line with Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, QHSE standards, and Mitie's LiveSafe procedures.· Work collaboratively with the wider estates team to maintain asset performance and support operational continuity within the healthcare facility.Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.· City & Guilds 2360 Parts 2 & 3 (or equivalent Electrical qualification).· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship.· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.· City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent).· Previous experience within a building services maintenance environment; healthcare or hospital experience is advantageous.What's in it for you?· Competitive salary and benefits package with opportunities for career progression.· Access to industry-leading training, development, and NHS HTM-related competency programmes.· The opportunity to work within a professional healthcare environment, contributing to essential frontline services.There's a place for you at Mitie, join us today!Ref: Location:Liverpool Employment:Full time
