CBW is recruiting on behalf of an established building services provider for a role based within a prestigious, high-profile commercial tower in the City of London. You'll be joining a skilled maintenance team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across an impressive blue-chip site, working with cutting-edge building systems in a landmark environment.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in electrical or mechanical building services. Hours of Work

Continental shift pattern – days and nights, a mix of 4s and 6s 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am Excellent overtime availabilityKey Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting – small installation, fault-finding, lamping Emergency lighting testing Control panels Ballast replacement BMS monitoring (hot & cold systems) Maintaining and updating log books Basic plumbing (unblocking toilets) UPS / Generators Pumps and motorsRequirements

Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 17th/18th Edition Ability to provide copies of trade certificates Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability Good communication skills and a client-facing mannerReady to take the next step in your career at one of the City's most recognisable addresses?
