Shift Lead — Store Operations & Opening Readiness

Marks & Spencer in Lisburn is seeking a Shift Lead to own the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and act as floor lead in the Colleague Manager's absence.

This frontline role requires energy and initiative, with a focus on customer service, safety and presentation. You will manage opening/closing tasks, be a key holder, and support nearby stores when needed. Applicants must be 18 or older.
