Shift Lead - Team Leader, Customer Experience & Safety

B&Q Limited in Bamber Bridge is seeking a Shift Lead to help run a safe, welcoming store during early mornings to late evenings. You’ll oversee the shift, support colleagues and ensure a great experience for customers and teammates every day.

This is a permanent role with 36.75 hours per week on a full or part time basis, a competitive salary (£27,709.50 per annum) plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. A keyholder position, it requires reliability and a customer-focused approach.
