New role for a Shift Lead to join a large, well renowned building service provider on a blue chip building in Westminster! This is a great role if you're looking to progress further in your career.

As a Shift Lead, you'll lead a team of M&E Engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, allocate works, oversee logbooks and report into the Engineering Manager.

This is a static, shift role, following a continental shift pattern (Days and night shift)

Shift Lead Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Conducting client meetings Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Shift Lead Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Engineering Building Services Maintenance experience Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Salary and Package:
