Shift Leader – Customer-First Retail (Flexible Hours)

One Stop is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced retail team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will own duty shifts, coach staff on the shop floor, and ensure a clean, well-presented store that meets customer needs.

You will drive improvements through on-the-job coaching, tightly coordinating with the Store Manager and area leadership to handle customer queries, health and safety, and daily priorities. Flexibility for shifts is essential.
