Shift Leader — Fast-Paced Retail, Flexible Hours

Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Leader in Carrickfergus. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, leading a small team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store and exceptional customer service. Availability windows are set weekly, with contracted hours and 3 weeks’ notice for shifts.

We offer a starting rate of £15.59 per hour with additional payments by location. Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week, with an option to work as few as 12 hours if preferred.
