Shift Leader: Inspire the Team, Delight Customers

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to look after the shop when the Manager is away and to lead a team focused on delivering excellent customer service. You will inspire the team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure guest satisfaction across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will supervise and motivate staff, keep displays stocked, prepare products such as sandwiches, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture.
