Shift Leader - Late-Night Bakery Team Coach

Insomnia Cookies UK Ltd is seeking a confident Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering safe, efficient bakery operations during trading hours in Sheffield. You’ll lead the team on shift, uphold brand standards, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

You’ll coach and develop the Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers, manage open/close duties, monitor food safety and stock, and drive sales while controlling labour and waste.
