Shift Manager: Recycling Operations Leader (4-on/4-off)

GXO is seeking a Shift Manager for our Equipment Management operation in Erith, supporting Morrisons. You will manage day-to-day operations and a workforce within a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

The role is full-time, permanent with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00). Salary up to £38,000, includes extensive benefits and pension. You’ll lead safety, performance and development initiatives on site.
