Shift Production Leader - Data-Driven Ops Coach

CHEP in Pontefract is seeking a Shift Production Manager (Operations Supervisor Band 2) to lead one of our manufacturing shifts. You will coach Operations Supervisors, drive performance through data and KPIs, and shape a culture of accountability on a fast-paced site.

You will develop leadership across the shift, manage investigations and employee relations, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to deliver tangible benefits. This role offers growth within a global supply chain network.
