Shift Supervisor & Customer Experience Leader

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily shifts and coach a team of baristas. You will ensure the Starbucks Experience with quality beverages and service while managing operations and boosting store performance.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
