Shift Supervisor: Customer Experience Leader

Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations and partner with the Store Manager to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment. You will lead baristas, ensure quality service, and maintain store standards during your shifts.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching the team, managing cash, maintaining inventory, and upholding safety and sanitation guidelines. Previous retail or food service experience and flexible availability are preferred.
