What you’ll be leading in Make & Pack:

• Packing food liners to exact specification
• Creating precise sample and product builds across all classes
• Running temperature, quality, and product date checks
• Sealing flight canisters and trolleys, recording numbers accurately
• Marshalling flights to Dispatch bays in the correct stowing order

Your mission as Team Leader:

• Drive your team to hit objectives, budgets, and specs — efficiently and effectively
• Build a positive, energised working environment
• Resolve conflict, find solutions, and take corrective action when needed
• Monitor and support team performance on shift
• Represent your team at operational meetings
• Coach, communicate, and develop your people so they perform at their best
• Own HACCP and legal compliance — health & safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX
• Keep quality and service standards on point through smart systems and process management

What you bring:

Education: Degree-level ideal, but not essential — we care more about what you can do!

Experience:

• You've led a team in a fast-paced environment
• Shift/staff management experience — food manufacturing sector a big plus
• At least 2 years of relevant operational experience

Skills:

• Food hygiene, security, and H&S know-how preferred
• Aviation security awareness a bonus
• Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Solid IT skills — MS Office; advanced Excel is a real plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
