Job Description
At Cademuir Engineering , we're looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader to lead one of our production teams and play a key role in driving performance, quality, safety and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your team, achieving production targets, maintaining high quality standards and creating a positive, safe working environment.

At Cademuir Engineering , we're looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader to lead one of our production teams and play a key role in driving performance, quality, safety and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your team, achieving production targets, maintaining high quality standards and creating a positive, safe working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating production operators
- Ensuring production plans are delivered safely and efficiently
- Driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting employee training and development
- Promoting a strong health & safety culture
- Solving day-to-day challenges and supporting your team to succeed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Understanding of Health & Safety and Quality requirements
Desirable Experience:
- Production planning and KPI management
- Conducting return-to-work meetings and performance reviews
- Continuous improvement experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

Shift Pattern:
Rotating
Week 1: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00, Fri 06:00-13:00
Week 2: Mon-Thu 13:00-23:00
