Shop Floor Health & Safety Leader — Manufacturing

Ashby Finance is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead on-site safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Leamington Spa. You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure ISO 45001 compliance and conduct investigations on incidents and near misses.

Role requires strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, hands-on shop floor presence, and NEBOSH qualifications. You will collaborate across production, assembly and logistics to maintain high safety standards.
