Shop Manager - Lead a Charity Retail Team & Grow Impact

Cats Protection in Erdington is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our retail team of employees and volunteers, driving shop performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will manage income and expenditure, act as a brand ambassador for the charity, and help develop a strong, customer-focused culture. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with a starting salary of £25,644 per annum and progression through the Retail Performance framework.
